Henrik Nolte


Publications

Henrik Nolte is a PhD student and research assistant at the Chair for Law and Artificial Intelligence. He passed the first state law exam at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen in 2022 with studies abroad at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (USA) and Peking University (China). His academic focus has been on competition law and intellectual property law. At the University of Tübingen, he is also responsible for the organization of the certificate program "Law-Ethics-Economics" and serves as an exam coach for the law dean's office. He is currently completing an additional qualification in information, telecommunications and media law at the University of Münster. His research focuses on the interface with medicine, artificial intelligence, and data spaces in healthcare, with a particular focus on the cybersecurity of AI-enabled medical devices.
