Marie-Sophie Müller


Publications

Marie-Sophie Müller joined the research team in early 2022. She has a background in German and French Law, having obtained an LL.B. from the University of Cologne and a Master’s degree in International Economic Law at the University of Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne). After her First State Examination, Marie worked as a research associate and later as a trainee lawyer in the fields of human rights, asylum law and migration law. Her postgraduate judicial clerkship, which she completed in 2021, included positions at the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Bonn and at the German Federal Foreign Office in Berlin. Marie’s research focusses on the legal role of AI in sustainability with a particular interest in environmental risks and potentials.

Fallbesprechungen

  • Zwei wöchentlich stattfindende Fallbesprechungen zum Grundkurs Öffentliches Recht II - Grundrechte. Im SoSe 2024 leitet Marie die 1. und die 3. Parallelgruppe, jeweils montags von 16.15-17:45 (Hörsaal 1) bzw. von 18:15-19:45 (Hörsaal 6).
